Effective: upon first use of the application

This Privacy Policy explains what data Solana Crystal Miner ("the game", "the app") collects, why it collects it, and what rights you have over your data. Single Hand Studio ("we", "us") is the sole developer and operator of this application.

1. Age requirement

Solana Crystal Miner requires connecting a Solana cryptocurrency wallet and involves NFT minting. The app is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used the app, please contact us at the address below and we will delete the associated data.

2. What data we collect

When you use the app, we store the following on our servers:

• Your Solana wallet address — used as your account identifier. This is a public blockchain address.
• Display name — a short username you choose when you first connect. Set once; cannot be changed.
• Game state — crystals mined, energy, prestige level, tap multiplier, upgrade levels, and lifetime mining totals.
• Badge records — which milestone badges you have claimed in-game.
• Quest and bonus history — daily quest progress and daily bonus claim dates.
• Transaction records for idempotency — cryptographic references to completed in-game purchases, stored to prevent duplicate charges. These are not used for any other purpose.

We do not collect your email address, phone number, real name, or any financial account details. We do not collect precise location data.

Our servers (hosted on Vercel) receive your IP address as part of normal internet traffic. IP addresses are not stored in our database and are not linked to your game account.

3. On-chain data

When you mint a badge NFT, a transaction is recorded permanently on the Solana blockchain. This is public and cannot be deleted — it is an inherent property of the blockchain, not a choice we make. The NFT metadata (badge name, image) is stored on Arweave, also permanently. Your wallet address is visible on-chain as the NFT owner.

4. How we use your data

We use your data only to operate the game:

• To save and restore your game progress across sessions and devices
• To display your score on the leaderboard (wallet address truncated, display name shown)
• To verify and fulfil in-game purchases
• To mint badge NFTs to your wallet when you reach milestones
• To prevent abuse (rate limiting by wallet address)

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose outside of operating the game.

5. Data sharing and third parties

We do not sell your data. We use the following third-party services to operate the game:

• Vercel — serverless hosting for the game's backend API. Processes requests from the app. Vercel Privacy Policy
• Neon — managed PostgreSQL database where game state is stored. Data is encrypted at rest. Neon Privacy Policy
• Solana blockchain — public, permissionless blockchain. NFT mint transactions and wallet addresses are publicly visible. Solana Foundation Privacy Policy
• Arweave / Metaplex — permanent storage for NFT metadata and images.
• Sentry — crash and error reporting. Error reports may include device type, app version, and a stack trace. No personal game data is included. Sentry Privacy Policy

6. Data retention

We retain your game data for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account (see below), all server-side data is deleted within 30 days. On-chain data (NFTs, transactions) cannot be deleted.

7. Your rights — account deletion

You can delete your account and all associated server-side data at any time from within the app:

1. Open the game and connect your wallet
2. Tap the settings icon (⚙) in the top-right of the mine screen
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete My Account"
4. Confirm when prompted

This permanently deletes your game progress, display name, badge records, and quest history from our servers. It cannot be undone. Any NFTs in your wallet are unaffected — they remain in your wallet.

If you have difficulty using the in-app deletion, you can also request deletion by contacting us directly (see below) with your wallet address.

8. Security

Game state is stored in an encrypted-at-rest managed database (Neon PostgreSQL). All communication between the app and our servers uses HTTPS. We authenticate every state-changing action using a signed challenge from your Solana wallet — your private key never leaves your wallet app.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
